Responsibilities
- Ensure creation of high-quality, scoped briefs with a clean kickoff process across both client and DEPT® teams.
- Templatize timelines based on project type to streamline project timeline creation.
- Make Asana the control tower as the single intake and visibility layer.
- Connect Asana with DEPT® timelines, resourcing, and scope tracking.
- Define a clear source of truth at each stage, eliminating duplicate or conflicting workflows.
- Build simple governance for rescoping, prioritization and trade-offs.
