Overview
The Global Commerce team is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented leader to own and scale Uber's Gifting program. This role will drive the end-to-end strategy, performance, and expansion of gifting across stored value (Gift Cards), physical items (Marketplace), and subscriptions (Uber One). This individual will be accountable for the Gifting P&L and strategic initiatives, while developing and executing a long-term strategy to accelerate growth across channels, partners, and customer segments. The ideal candidate can balance vision with operational rigor—translating insights from daily performance, customer behavior, and market dynamics into clear priorities, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes.
