The Operations Coordinator plays a central role in the daily rhythm of Huey Lightshop, supporting the flow of production and ensuring each piece moves through the studio with care and intention.

Working closely with the Shop Lead and production team, this role helps guide orders from creation to completion—balancing timelines, priorities, and the natural pace of handmade work. The Operations Coordinator also leads all outward communication, acting as a thoughtful and responsive point of contact for customers, trade partners, and collaborators.

This is a dynamic, detail-oriented role suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to moving parts, values clear communication, and is excited to be part of a small, design-driven studio.
