• Manage incoming transactions such as wires and cheque deposits
• Execute outgoing payments and resolve necessary reconciliations
• Work with the Accounting team for bank reconciliations
• Operate Dataphile to manage recurring transactions
• Assist walk-in clients at the Client Services counter
