The Operations team at Wildlife Studios sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, including Finance, Legal, and People. Our team is fast-paced, collaborative, and passionate about building the systems and processes that power our company’s growth. Today, many of these processes depend on manual iteration, repetitive routines, and human coordination. Within our tech team, you’ll work closely with Directors and C-Level, leveraging AI agents to build internal technology and workflow automations to eliminate inefficiency at the structural level. You’ll have real responsibility, visibility, and impact from day one.
