About the Role

• Data Validation & Data Entry: review and validate employee loan information and documentation in compliance with program requirements, ensure data integrity across systems, and confirm plan account details and associated documentation.
• Document Review: conduct thorough reviews of participant and employer‑submitted materials to ensure all data meets operational and compliance standards.
