Operations Analyst - Import/export Freight Forwarder in Uk (Bogotá)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented operations analyst to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll manage time‑critical Aerospace & Aviation shipments from start to finish, ensuring everything moves smoothly, accurately, and urgently — just like the industry demands.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate international aerospace/aviation freight shipments
• Daily communication with global logistics partners & suppliers
• Handle urgent shipment requests with speed and precision
• Book airfreight cargo and manage post-flight checks
• Provide regular client updates and ensure full visibility
• Complete administrative tasks: invoicing, documentation, file management
• Report any issues to your supervisor promptly
• Follow internal SOPs and customer-specific guidelines
