Operational Support Lead

Position Summary

The Operational Support Lead is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for supporting the Guru Nanak Diversity Village (GNDV) community through pre‑opening, operational readiness, and ongoing operations. Working closely with the Regional Operations Manager (ROM), this role acts as the primary operational support for the community, ensuring readiness for licensing, occupancy, and sustained high‑quality operations.

This role is ideally suited to an LPN or experienced operations professional with Long‑Term Care (LTC) experience, particularly in start‑up, commissioning, and early stabilization environments.

This role is dedicated to supporting the Guru Nanak Diversity Village (GNDV) long‑term care community in Surrey, British Columbia.
