Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Operational Service Representatives (OSRs) during a high-profile international event at the airport. This temporary assignment will run from mid-May to July 5, supporting increased passenger volumes during the FIFA peak period. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the passenger experience by providing wayfinding assistance, customer support, and helping maintain smooth passenger flow throughout the airport. This is a customer-service-focused position and does not involve security screening or enforcement duties.
