Operational Readiness Lead

Operational Readiness Lead is responsible for coordinating and supporting the development of operational systems, documentation, and resources required to enable safe and effective operations at the Wheeler River Site. This role ensures that procedures, work instructions, and supporting materials are developed in alignment with project timelines and are ready to support training and operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of operational documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and job plans
• Align operational documents with training program needs by identifying role-based training requirements and supporting content development
• Coordinate with internal teams and external SME's to support the development of operating procedures and systems
• Support the set-up of operational requirements including tools, consumables, and initial inventory in coordination with Supply Chain
