Operational & Compliance Analyst (Xico)

The Operational & Compliance Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing processes related to vendor administration, report management, data audits, and compliance within tools such as Beeline and Synergi . This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication to interact with vendors and internal teams on a global scale.

• Process and approve timesheets , reports, and pending requests.
• Administer and audit Beeline data hygiene (SOW drafts, open requests, amendments).
