Onsite Accounts Payable Specialist — QuickBooks & Excel Pro

Link-Worldwide is looking for an Account Payable Specialist to join their team in Guadalajara, Jalisco. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and tracking invoices, developing payment schedules, and resolving any discrepancies in payments.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance, proficiency in English, and experience in similar roles. A solid understanding of Advanced Excel and QuickBooks is essential. This full-time position requires onsite work from Monday to Friday.
