Job Description
Act as an advocate for clients’ well-being as a Temporary Part Time Residential Counselor with Ongwanada. Engage in comprehensive support activities and program management.
This role spans from November 10, 2025, to August 23, 2026, offering you the opportunity to work within various community settings. As a key contributor, you will assist clients with daily living activities, medication monitoring, and program development while working closely with Community Support Workers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a client-first approach in interactions
• Support daily living needs and ensure safety
• Monitor and administer prescribed medications
• Develop and oversee behavioral plans
• Drive clients to necessary appointments
Requirements:
• Degree in Developmental Services or Psychology
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Valid class G driver's license
