Summary

HoneyBadger AI is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Onboarding Specialist to ensure new clients successfully adopt and derive value from HoneyBadger AI’s voice agent, Alice. This role is critical in delivering a seamless onboarding experience—from initial signup through activation, system configuration and data refinement, and client retention.

You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize onboarding flows, reduce friction, and improve activation metrics. You will be part of a fast-moving product studio, building and scaling cutting-edge AI and SaaS solutions. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on product growth and user experience, while helping shape and refine the onboarding strategy from the ground up.
