To achieve our ambitious goals we are looking for you to support our “Product Solutions Team”. Currently we have a short-term vacancy of a Onboarding Manager (f/m/d).
Your areas of responsibility include:
Steering and monitoring our onboarding process for securities fund launches and transfers end-2-end into Universal-Investment to ensure a delivery in-time and in-quality Acting as central touchpoint and escalation body for clients and our internal departments during the end-2-end onboarding process Managing internal and external stakeholders to keep them appraised of progress and communicate any additional requirementsCoordinating and facilitating the legal and operational setup (incl. cross country distribution requirements) of new mandates (fund launches as well as transfers) by interacting with clients and our internal departmentsSupport clients and internal departments in handling non-standard requests (e...
