Job Responsibilities

1. Fulfillment Experience: Take ownership of fulfillment experience goals (including On-Time Delivery rate, delivery speed, etc.). Design the fulfillment experience monitoring system, build diagnostic capabilities, and design and implement improvement strategies based on diagnostic results.
2. Capacity Strategy: Responsible for the quantity and quality of fulfillment capacity. Design capacity models tailored to different stages of business development;
   formulate strategies for capacity acquisition (growth) and retention;
   design capacity management rules;
   and collaborate with stakeholders to drive implementation, building a competitive barrier in delivery capacity.
