Job Description
The OTR Manager II role is a strategic position to lead our last mile operations on route. As an OTR Manager II, you will be a key strategic driver in delivering results. This position requires a strong attention to operational metrics and the ability to coordinate and guide teams through ambiguity.
During Peak Events (High Season) this role is required to work on weekends, holidays, and night shifts to ensure the execution of plans. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership experience, excellent communication abilities at all levels, and the capacity to drive operational excellence through team coordination and data‑driven decisions while maintaining an empathetic approach. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and a proven track record of implementing successful process improvements is essential.
