As a primary point of contact for our B2B accounts in South Korea, you will play a key role in supporting our operational foundation. You will manage the service cycle, from order processing through to final delivery, with the goal of achieving operational efficiency and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As an early member of the South Korean team, you will help implement efficient, customer-focused account service and operational processes. This role requires clear, consistent communication and reports directly to the Lead - Operations, South Korea.
