Resolv Global is hiring for a Customer Service role in Barranquilla, Colombia. The position is full-time, requiring agents to assist customers with troubleshooting machine and yard equipment issues primarily over inbound calls.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service and technical support experience, as well as the ability to read technical manuals. The role is fully on-site with a work schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
