Job Description
The Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) will serve as the site’s medical representative in the Delivery Station. The OMR will provide first aid treatment to injured employees, proactively analyze tasks for potential safety issues, and participate in implementing the site wellness program.
Amazon Mexico Key Job Responsibilities- Provide triage, first aid and/or referral to outside medical provider, if indicated
- Maintain all records of treatment given to associates
- Maintain first-aid kits, inventory supplies, and restock and clean equipment used in the care of associates
- Train managers and associates
- Provide daily activity logs to leadership team
- Provide monthly analysis of all incidents
- Frequently attend and speak at “stand‑up” meetings
- Rotate shifts (this position is not remote)
