Become the trusted On-Site Client Liaison as a Client Operations Manager, ensuring excellent service delivery at client facilities. This integral role emphasizes relationship-building and operational support throughout project commissioning.
Reporting to the Vice President of Managed Services, you'll serve as a conduit for day-to-day issue resolution, helping to ensure a smooth commissioning process. Your responsibilities will include fostering deep understanding of client operations and facilitating successful Managed Services Agreements. Additionally, you will oversee initial mini-branch setups that cater to the anchor client's needs.
