Greeting people coming into the office, organisisng access passes, travel arrangements and visasKeeping office kitchen and stationary fully stocked.Organising and preparing for meetings, drinks etc (internal and external, social and business)Firemarshall for the UK officeOrganising for cover from Grads whenever OM is not in the officeManaging the relationship with the building management on any repair, maintenance and H&S issuesManaging company credit cards.Managing our team / people
Supporting the team and onboarding and welcoming new peopleWorking with Managing Director (MD) and Research Directors (RD) on staff issues / changes and general office managementSupporting MDs
Being responsive to requests and supporting ad-hoc requests from MDsSupporting the IT team for UK office
