Office Clerk - Ville Saint-Laurent
Job Description
We are looking for an office clerk to work for our client in Ville Saint-Laurent. The candidate selected will have various administrative processes such as data entry, customer service, office clerical tasks.
This person will also offer support to other departments and produce certain reports. They may have other tasks than to assist with various departments.
Advantages
Monday-Friday between 8:00AM-5:00 PM (Flexible)
Weekly pay
Salary $21-22$/hr (based on experience)
Responsibilities
Receiving, validating and entering orders from a manufacturing company.
Verification of necessary documentation and customer expectations.
Creation of production specifications for the manufacturing of components and planning of the required processes and purchases.
Releasing the documentation for production.
Closing of orders in the system after invoicing and validation of monthly reports.
