Description We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to support daily front desk and workplace operations for a Contract position based in San Diego, California. This role serves as a key point of contact for visitors, helps maintain an organized and welcoming office environment, and ensures routine administrative and facility-related tasks are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, attentive to detail, and comfortable balancing reception responsibilities with general office coordination.
