Job Description
Position: Receptionist – Full-time – Winnipeg.
Canaccord Genuity (CG) is a leading independent full-service financial services firm.
Responsibilities
- Respond effectively to all inquiries from clients, couriers and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors and taking messages for employees.
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received.
- Coordinate the booking and set‑up of meeting rooms.
- Work with spreadsheets, create file folders on the shared drive and assist with document transfer.
- Collaborate with advisors and other team members to manage paperwork and documentation.
- Support various departments such as transfers and registered plans.
