Job Description
Location: Calgary, Alberta Type: In the Office We are hiring an Office Administrator to join our team in Calgary on a contract basis for the summer season! This role will support a large-scale digitization initiative. The role will focus on organizing, reviewing, and converting physical records into structured digital files as part of our transition to a cloud-based document management system. With continued branch growth, we currently have approximately 80–100 boxes of historical paperwork that must be reviewed, categorized, and digitized. This role is important in improving accessibility, reducing physical storage requirements, and supporting operational efficiency.
Nature & Scope
- Responsible for updating reports in our ERP system.
- Responsible for creating new records based on the past physical data in our online system.
- Other related duties as assigned.
