Job Summary
The Office Administrator ensures smooth day-to-day office operations, supports staff, manages administrative tasks, and maintains an efficient workplace. This role provides support to senior leadership, manages calendars, prepares documents, and facilitates communication to meet priorities and deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflows and high service standards
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally
- Maintain and monitor office supplies and equipment inventory, placing orders when needed
- Manage office functions including reception, mail distribution, and document preparation
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for staff meetings and events, including scheduling, materials, and vendor support
- Coordinate catering and meal arrangements for meetings and events, managing dietary requirements as needed
