Job Description
We are looking for a full‑time Office Administrator to support day‑to‑day operations from our Langley office. The role involves providing administrative support to the office and leadership team and assisting with light project‑related tasks in a growing electrical contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the office and leadership team
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal/external events
- Maintain project documentation, filing systems, and office records
- Assist with ordering materials and tracking deliveries for active projects
- Review basic drawings and extract key information when required
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and field teams to support operations
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and general job documentation
