Role Description
The Office Administrator supports the mailroom function for our Kitchener National Office. This role is responsible for a variety of tasks that could include office reception for guests, general mailroom duties, and scanning, digitizing, uploading, and proper organizing of various documentation at high volumes.
Onsite 5 days per week. Temporary 12‑month role.
What you will do
- Reception
- Office reception for guests, carrier representatives and advisors
- Provide customer service to both clients and advisors via telephone, email, or in person
- Manage centralized email communication and distribution
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, such as reception and mailroom
