Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join the East London team, Receiving visitors, including coordination of visits and agendas Managing office stationery, stock and distribution Providing back-up to internal sales, cash sales and the Business Unit Coordinator Performing administrative duties including managing post, courier services, petty cash, purchase orders and housekeeping Maintaining customer records, updating price tables, processing credits, filing PODs, and ensuring compliance with ISO policies Supporting production team with administrative support Assisting with ad hoc assignments Requirements Grade 12 Reception and/or secretarial diploma preferred Minimum 2 3 years relevant experience Proficiency in MS Office SAP experience preferred Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadline Valid drivers license essential
