Job Description

Change Management and Digital Adoption Lead We are seeking a Change Management and Digital Adoption Lead to drive business transformation and user adoption of SAP solutions. This role ensures stakeholders adapt to new SAP solutions by leveraging OCM and digital adoption tools like WalkMe and Synthesia. 
Key Responsibilities Lead the development of an end‑to‑end change and adoption strategy aligned with SAP Activate and the company’s delivery model and AI roadmap. 
Conduct impact analyses and stakeholder assessments to identify adoption challenges and design tailored interventions. 
Collaborate with clients to adjust change management plans based on impact analysis. 
Manage digital adoption campaigns in SAP using WalkMe (guided tours, smart tips, integration flows, task lists, in‑app communications). 
Utilize adoption dashboards and analytics to measure user engagement, mastery, and process completion rates.
