Your role on the team:
- Develops Internal Operating Procedure (IOP) based on customer specifications
- Provides rate quotations as requested from our overseas offices and agents
- Prioritizes and delegates workload to ensure high customer service levels are met
- Assists in the enforcement of Export/Import Ocean, Air or Ground Services, Policies and Procedures
- Monitors and forecasts volumes for P&L purposes
- Develops and monitors KPI data for customer review
