Job Description

Duties

:
  • Provide vocational assessment and rehabilitation planning.
  • Provide individual Occupational Therapy assessment and individual and group treatment to referred adult clients.
  • Contribute to the interdisciplinary treatment planning.
  • Attend clinical and program meetings as required.
  • Liaise with appropriate community agencies as required.
  • Provide supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants and Occupational Therapy students.
  • Contribute to furthering of the goals of the Occupational Therapy profession including attending monthly meetings.
  • Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, to the program and to the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario standards of practice.
  • Must be willing to discuss performance of other duties as requested by program/discipline/hospital.
