Job Description

Position Overview

As a member of the Interdisciplinary Team the incumbent will provide quality Occupational Therapy Services for persons with mental health issues and/or an acquired brain injury. Service provision is recovery oriented, focusing on achieving recovery through partnerships with patients, families, and communities; and instill the core values of hope, respect and clinical excellence. Demonstrates a commitment to the vision, values, goals, and objectives of SMHC including a strong commitment to patient safety.


Experience

  • Recent and relevant clinical experience preferred.
  • Experience in the mental health or geriatrics field would be an asset.

    • Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

  • Entry-to-practice academic credential in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Canadian university program or the approved equivalent if internationally educated as determined by the College of Occupatio...
