Age Care South Terrace in Edmonton, AB is looking for an Occupational Therapist. Assist residents by assessing their functions and implementing treatment plans.
This role focuses on delivering exceptional care through evaluations and adaptive behavior treatments. As a temporary full-time team member, you will collaborate with colleagues to establish and communicate care plans that promote health and safety among residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized occupational therapy services for residents
• Conduct thorough assessments on admission and continuously
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on treatment goals
• Monitor resident progress and adjust interventions accordingly
