Become an integral part of Silvera for Seniors as an Occupancy Specialist. This full-time role involves guiding seniors through the leasing process for mixed-income housing.
Reporting to the Leasing Enablement Lead, you’ll provide outstanding customer service, manage applications, and conduct assessments for potential residents in Calgary. This position requires strong organizational skills to maintain detailed records and support the community’s occupancy rates while using Yardi Senior CRM IQ to track all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consistent and professional customer service
• Respond to and manage housing inquiries effectively
• Assess applicant needs for pre-qualification
