Obstetrician / Gynecologist (Full Time)

Northumberland Hills Hospital is seeking a full‑time Obstetrician / Gynecologist. Practice opportunities include primary and consultation obstetrics, gynecologic surgery (minimally invasive laparoscopic), outpatient clinics and emergency department consultation.

Maternal Child Care Program at NHH

The program provides low‑risk obstetrical care (Level 1) with approximately 550 births per year and capacity to grow. The birthing unit offers a family‑centered environment with six labour and delivery beds, a dedicated C‑section operating suite, and an advanced fetal and patient monitoring system.

Team composition includes registered nurses specialized in obstetrical/ newborn care, obstetricians, family physicians, midwives, anesthetists, respiratory therapists, pharmacy staff, dietitians, social workers, and volunteers.
