Drive system improvement and equity initiatives as an Equity Service Analyst with OACAS in Toronto. Focus on advancing SOGIE strategies for 2SLGBTQ+ youth in the child welfare sector.
In this full-time position, you will work under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Equity and Reconciliation. Your role involves translating research into actionable practices, supporting the implementation of strategies that ensure equitable outcomes. Engage with community partners and utilize data to inform policies.
