Nutritionist for Health Mother Healthy Baby

Provide valuable nutrition support as a Nutritionist in the Health Mother Healthy Baby Program. Deliver education and consultation to staff while ensuring adherence to comprehensive prenatal nutrition standards.
Reporting to the Manager, you will support Healthy Mother Healthy Baby staff through ongoing education related to nutrition for their clients. This role includes training staff in the Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program, focusing on the integration of crucial elements of prenatal nutrition into their practices and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer ongoing nutrition consultation to program staff
• Train personnel on the Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program
• Evaluate and improve nutritional practices within the program
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting
• Travel for client consultations and staff training
