Job Description
Lead nursing education as a Clinical Educator specializing in remote healthcare. Facilitate orientations, develop curricula, and support Northern nursing staff with practical clinical guidelines.
This position is centered on conducting nursing orientation and enhancing practicum training across various Northern and remote locations. You will assist in patient care, update e-learning resources, and contribute to program development that aligns with community health needs. Your efforts will ensure culturally competent and effective nursing care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate 2-3 nursing orientation groups each month
• Assist in updating e-learning training materials
• Deliver direct patient care in remote assignments
• Support clinical initiatives for diverse nursing roles
• Develop programs to enhance staff clinical competencies
