Nurse Practitioner, VGH Leukemia/BMT Program – Inpatient/Outpatient Care

Overview

The salary range for this position is CAD $74.48/Hr. - CAD $81.93/Hr. Come work as a Nurse Practitioner with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH)! Complementing the care provided by the primary BMT hematologist, the Nurse Practitioner in the Long Term Follow-up Clinic identifies, prevents and manages long-term and late effects associated with allogeneic stem cell transplant. Areas of focus include heart health, cancer screening, organ function, bone health, endocrine disorders, infertility, emotional health and graft versus host disease. The Nurse Practitioner also works in partnership with the primary care provider and makes appropriate referrals to specialists when necessary.
