Are you looking to show your expertise and take a lead role in the development and delivery of oncology care to patients in Alberta? You will be an integral member of our healthcare team working within a multidisciplinary and fast paced environment that prioritizes patient and family centered cancer care. In this clinical focused position, you will work collaboratively with all members of the health care team to coordinate the treatment and management of adult oncology patients. This includes ordering & interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing pharmaceuticals, blood and blood products, ordering medical devices and other therapies, and performing procedures, interventions and/or treatments. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will require in-depth knowledge of adult acute and chronic illness that will be used to deliver oncology care across multiple tumor groups.
