The salary range for this position is CAD $74.48/Hr. - CAD $81.93/Hr.
This is an exciting position embedded in a dynamic and supportive interdisciplinary team that covers the North Shore from Deep Cove to Horseshoe Bay. You will be a medical consultant for patients who lack access to short‑term/urgent primary care and have been discharged from the Emergency Department or hospital. The program focuses on rapid response, reablement and stabilisation for the client.
You will work within a team that includes another NP, RNs, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, pharmacists and other allied health professionals. You will be closely collaborating with care providers from Lions Gate Hospital.
