Job Description
Transform health care access as a Nurse Practitioner with Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre in Toronto. Provide holistic care through Mobile Health Services to underserved communities.
This position reports to the Manager of Clinical and Allied Health at the Parkdale site. You will deliver essential health care services in diverse settings, while also supervising health care students and engaging in quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with various teams, including mental health and harm reduction, ensuring comprehensive care and program development that addresses social determinants of health.
