Job Outline:
Practices within the full scope of the Nurse Practitioner role conducting assessments, formulating diagnoses and developing comprehensive plans of care. Provides assessment, intervention, monitoring and follow-up for a broad range of acute and chronic conditions. Integrates best practices and evidence into clinical practice; provides exemplary quality care through the application of advanced clinical and theoretical knowledge and skills.
