Position: Part time permanent

Hours: 0800hr to 1600hr, Monday-Friday (subject to change due to operational requirements)

Job Summary
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a generalist who offers quality and relevant care across the health continuum and throughout the patient's lifespan, including health promotion, disease and injury, prevention, curative, supportive, rehabilitative, and palliative care within an interdisciplinary team of health providers. The service model is based on the principles of primary health care with the goal of supporting communities in meeting their health care needs.
