One of a network of provincial community health centers, the NorWest Community Health Centers is a community based, non‑profit organization funded by Ontario Health, emphasizing access to primary health care and prevention programs and services. 
We are currently seeking 1 FTE permanent Nurse Practitioner – Addiction Medicine, who as a valuable member of the Community Health Centre team will provide Nurse Practitioner assistance to vulnerable populations. The role will include working with interdisciplinary teams to provide addiction medicine within the Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic, as well as a full primary care scope of practice for clients of Kwae Kii Win Managed Alcohol Program.
