The Student Project Coordinator will support Project Managers and Senior Technical Leads on periodic reactor inspection programs, major refurbishment projects, and new‑nuclear initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of periodic reactor inspection programs, refurbishment projects, and new nuclear initiatives.
- Organize, host, and minute regular project and/or customer meetings for senior staff.
- Collect data and status information for schedule updates.
- Update project Key Performance Indicators.
- Maintain a running log of project lessons learned.
- Perform minor document revisions and learn administrative systems (e.g., ProAct, MyTrak, Aconex).
