NPI Manager (OPTO)

Your Position Molex is seeking an NPI Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within the Connectivity and Optoelectronics business. In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products, from development through to full-scale production. You will also be accountable for the project’s financial performance (P&L) and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers.
