Descripción y detalle de las actividadesReporting to the Technology Manager, the NPI Engineer manages the process of bringing new products from design to manufacturing into Spectra-strip business unit.This involves close collaboration with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth product launches, optimized processes, and cost-effective production.They validate designs, coordinate prototyping, and resolve production issues, ensuring products meet quality standards.
⸎ Coordinate with R&D New Products Developments groups to develop strategies for new products.
⸎ Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.
⸎ Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirements and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes.
